4. Payment Terms

Blue One Golf Studio currently accepts payment by wire transfer.

Orders will generally move into fulfillment after payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our standard shipping schedule is based on business days.

Shipping and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Installation Services

Certain golf simulator orders may include installation services where specifically stated in the applicable order or quotation.

Installation requirements can vary depending on the equipment, room dimensions, ceiling height, hitting area, electrical requirements, mounting requirements, and other site conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the installation location and notifying us of relevant site conditions before installation.

Where installation is included, we will coordinate the applicable installation arrangements after the order and delivery details have been confirmed.

7. Returns & Refunds

Blue One Golf Studio provides a 30-day refund period for eligible purchases, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customers who wish to request a refund must contact us within 30 calendar days after receiving the order.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 days.

After the 30-day refund period expires, refunds are not available under this policy. Covered products remain eligible for applicable warranty repair or exchange services during the one-year warranty period.

8. One-Year Warranty

Blue One Golf Studio provides a one-year warranty on covered devices and services as described in our warranty and returns policy.

When a problem is determined to be covered by the warranty, we will work with the customer to provide an appropriate solution.

• Covered repair services may be provided at no additional charge.
• A covered device may be exchanged where applicable.
• Covered service or installation issues may be addressed according to the applicable warranty.

Warranty coverage does not necessarily apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, accidents, neglect, or other conditions outside intended product use.

Customers should contact us before attempting unauthorized repairs or modifications.
